Is credit repair legal?

Are there long term contracts?
No. We do not believe in providing long contracts. Our job is to remove erroneous information from your credit report in as little time as possible; therefore, we do not want to you lock you into a contract whether you choose ourPay Per Delete plan or ourMonthly plan.
How long does it take to see results?
Every client is different. There is no set answer as to how long it may take to restore your credit. Once you sign up, an in-depth credit analysis will be performed at which time our client care team may be able to provide you an estimate as to when you will see results.
What are some reasons in delays in getting results?
One of the main reasons is the client's failure to get information to our client care team in a timely fashion. Once disputes are sent out on your behalf and received by the credit bureaus and/or creditors, the clock starts ticking. Any correspondence that you receive from the credit bureaus and/or creditors must be submitted to our office within three (3) business days.
Can items reappear on my credit report after it's been deleted?
Yes. Negative accounts that have been deleted may later reappear if verified by a creditor. It's very rare but according to the Fair Credit Reporting Act, the credit bureaus must inform you before they reinsert a previously deleted account. If this situation does ever occur, we will help you challenge the account within legal means.
How soon once I'm signed up will you get started and when do I have to pay?
After a successful consultation and signup, your first round will be sent out within seven (7) days at which time you will be billed the one time audit fee of $198.00 for the PPD option or $149 for the monthly option. Payment under the monthly plan will be due 30 days and each month thereafter after audit fee. Payment will be due All payments will become due 30 days after audit fee.
Is there a refund policy?
Absolutely! If we are unsuccessful in removing any items from your credit report from any of the three credit bureaus within 180 days, you are entitled to a FULL refund of your enrollment/audit fee if utitlizing the pay-per-delete option. If utilizing the monthly option, you will receive a FULL refund minus the enrollment/audit fee. *Credit monitoring must remain active or will void money back guarentee.

What is PPD and how does it work?
PPD or Pay Per Delete allows you to only pay for items that have been deleted. The PPD pricing is per item/per bureau. Once you accrue a balance for items that have been deleted, you will be billed for monthly the total amount which is due within fifteen (15) days. If you accrue a total balance of $700.00 or more, you will not be required to pay the balance in full within fifteen (15) days. You may opt to be placed on a hybrid model that will allow you to pay $99.00 a month until the balance has been paid in full. If your balance is $700.00 or more and you choose to pay the full balance upon receipt within fifteen (15) days, you will receive a discount of $100.00 off the total amount due.
Do you offer a referral incentive?
Absolutely! For each referral that signs up and remains active for at least 60 days, we will credit your account $25.
How do I book a consultation?
